Frequently asked questions
Can the price change?
No. The price shown when you book is the price you pay, whatever the traffic. Only a major change of address or time can affect it, and your chauffeur will tell you first.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 30 minutes online. For an early-morning departure, booking the day before is safest.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time. Waiting is included up to 60 minutes after actual landing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before pick-up, from your tracking page.
Do you cover other routes?
Yes: from the Yvelines to the airports at a fixed price, and elsewhere in the Paris region on quote.
How do I pay?
By card or cash on board. You receive an invoice after the ride.
