Data we collect

When you book: name, phone, optional email, pick-up or drop-off address, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and bags, whether a pet travels, any details you add, and how you found us.

Why

• To organise and carry out your ride and contact you about it.
• To issue the invoice and meet accounting obligations.
• With your consent, to measure which ads bring us customers.

Who receives it

Your chauffeur receives the ride details on their phone through Telegram. Data is stored with Supabase (France). The site is served by Cloudflare. If you accept measurement cookies, Google receives browsing data.

How long

Booking data is kept for 3 years after your last ride. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [adresse e-mail]. You can also contact the French data authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).
